Briefly about the components of the Management Trainee program of AB InBev:
- 2 days general introductory training;
- 1 week specialized introductory training;
- 5 weeks sales training;
- 8 weeks production training.
All these 4 months the intern spends in different cities. Followed by:

AB InBev psychometric aptitude tests
All candidates whose resumes were selected and who did well at the initial interview, need to pass online aptitude tests. A link to the page with the tests is sent to you by email. Usually candidates have 2-3 days to take the tests.
AB InBev aptitude tests include all standard types of psychometric tests used for pre-employment selection for jobs:

AB InBev aptitude tests have a number of features:

- Almost always, numerical tests include currency and measure conversion questions.
- The entire test is in English even if the job location is in a non-English speaking country.
Situational judgement tests
The SJT of AB InBev assess candidates for to the following qualities: effective communication skills, focus on results, leadership qualities, attitude to work, determination, perseverance. Besides, they assess your compatibility to the company’s rules and policies and ty to predict your behavior and actions in your future work.
Unlike personality questionnaires the SJT test do have the correct or incorrect answers. So, we recommend taking as many practice situational judgement tests as you can find. Job interview at AB InBev
You can get an invitation for the interview right after the individual part of the assessment.
